Great experience! We had the PERFECT perfect stay for what we needed. I already booked for next year to ensure we got it. Okay so the rooms are basic but clean. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. It has a cutesy feel. BUT THE BEST PART- This is THE PERFECT place to stay if you are coming to the Winter Hot Air Balloon event especially if you have young children! The balloons launch at 7am. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else and having to pack up and get in the car at 630 rather than just walking a few steps out the door watching the balloons and then walk back for breakfast. The balloons are literally in the back yard! The inn also has a few snow tubes you can use and a little hill right in the back. It's so nice to be able to take a little one back to the room if they are cold or need a break. There's also a balloon night time glow event right on main street downtown. We had such a great time! I would also recommend going to the fundraiser pancake breakfast by Kiwanis to help contribute to the area as a thank you.

Overall great experience at this inn. Beds were comfy and bathroom was clean. Room came with a microwave and mini fridge. Since we stayed on the 2nd floor, our room had a balcony as well. Front desk was friendly and check in was easy! I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful little spot right on the river with the friendliest staff and very comfortable rooms. Bed was perfect. Will be back! :)

We only stayed one night and was well satisfied. No it's not the Ritz, but did what we wanted. The room was and smelled clean. Overall very happy. Office guy was nice also.
